The brief

What we did

Audit and client map

Before anything ran, we took his account and local market apart: who actually books realism at full price, which parts of the city they sit in, and what makes them stop scrolling and open a message. That became his client map, and every targeting and creative call after it traced back to that page.

Premium positioning

The account was pointed at one kind of client: the one who pays full rate and books months out, not the one shopping three studios for the lowest deposit. Positioning does the sorting before anyone messages, so his inbox stays full of people who are actually ready to sit down.

A messages-first funnel

Everything was built around one action: someone opening a real conversation in his DMs. That is the lead we optimized for. Because this kind of campaign aims loosely on its own, we steered it by hand early on, so the budget stayed on people worth reaching instead of whoever was cheapest to put an ad in front of.

Targeting built for his market

No broad audience handed to the algorithm to figure out. We built the targeting by hand around his city and the people in it: down to where they live, where the ads run, and which segments actually book realism, then kept tightening it as real bookings showed us who was worth more.

Creative as a system

One video is not a campaign, especially in a city that only holds so many potential clients. We kept new work going out on a steady rhythm so the ads never wore thin, and refreshed them without throwing away the likes, saves, and comments a winning ad had already earned.

Read, adjust, scale

This part never really stops. Every few days we read what the account was doing, pulled budget off whatever was fading, and put more behind whatever was booking, giving the strongest ads a longer run so the system could settle into them. The longer it ran, the sharper it got.

Key takeaways

Founder's note

Taras found me online, and since we're both based in the same area, South Florida, we didn't think twice about meeting in person to discuss everything. The quality of his work, his ability to handle his own content just as well, and a real need for a professional in marketing created an explosive effect on our results, and we keep delivering results that many tattoo artists in Florida would call unbelievable. While South Florida is considered a pretty tough market for bringing in clients, Taras and I don't run into those problems. Thanks to our promo, people come to him from Central and North Florida as well. Glad we met and glad to be working together, thank you for the trust, my friend!
