How to Request Deletion of Your Data

NEDS SOLUTIONS INC d/b/a NEDS Marketing ("NEDS Marketing") provides marketing services for tattoo artists and tattoo studios. We access and process data from third-party platforms (including Meta) only as authorized by our clients and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our services involve manual, customized integrations configured specifically for each client, there is no automated self-service data deletion mechanism. All data deletion requests are handled personally by our team.

To Request Deletion of Your Data:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account or inquiry
• A description of what data you would like deleted
• If applicable, the name of the client or business through which your data was collected

What Happens After Your Request:

1. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
2. We will verify your identity and the scope of data to be deleted.
3. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of verification.
4. If your data has been shared with third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google), we will notify those platforms of your deletion request so they may process it in accordance with their own policies.
5. We will confirm completion of the deletion to you via email.

Please note: Certain data may be retained if required by law, contractual obligation, or legitimate business interest (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance). In such cases, we will inform you of the specific data retained and the legal basis for retention.
