The Toronto Tattoo Show (NIX) 2027

Canada's longest-running and largest tattoo convention, drawing over 500 national and international artists to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre each year.

Event details

About

The Toronto Tattoo Show, run by NIX (Northern Ink Xposure), is Canada's longest-running and largest tattoo convention, held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Front Street West. It has been running since around 2001 and the coming edition is billed as its twenty-seventh. Over 500 national and international artists work the floor.

For a working artist this is the country's benchmark show: the widest collector draw, the deepest international roster and the strongest reason for artists outside Ontario to travel. Competitions run across the weekend. Tickets are sold online and at the door with prices not published in advance, and anyone 18 and under enters at no charge. Note that the show has moved its slot between editions, so confirm the date with the organizer rather than assuming last year's weekend.

What to expect

Best for

Artists with a portfolio that travels, who want the widest collector draw and deepest international roster in the country.

Notable: Canada's longest-running convention, staged by NIX (Northern Ink Xposure) for more than two decades.
