About
Hosted by 11:11 Tattoo at the Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in North Bend, the High Tide Tattoo and Art Festival has grown steadily since its 2023 debut and reaches its fourth annual edition in 2026. Set on the southern Oregon Coast, it brings a tight roster of artists together for three days of live work and friendly competition.
Despite its small-town setting, the show draws notable competing talent, including former Ink Master contender Mat Valles and multi-award-winning artists Pete Carreno, Bony Tony, and Corey Clark. Artists compete for locally made custom trophies, and with $15 daily admission and free entry for kids, it leans into a community, coast-town feel.

For artists: booths, applications, hours
High Tide Tattoo & Art Festival runs its fourth annual edition April 24-26, 2026 in the Salmon Room at Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, 3201 Tremont Ave, North Bend, Oregon 97459. Hours in 2026 are noon to 10 pm Friday and Saturday, noon to 8 pm Sunday.
Booths go through the organizers' RegFox registration form, run by The Mill Casino and 11:11 Tattoo Studio. On the 2023 form a 10x10 booth cost $400 and included two tables, four chairs, bio containers, electricity, four event passes and a trash receptacle; a 10x20 cost $800 with four tables, eight chairs, the same equipment and eight passes. Multiple booths are placed together as one. Both sizes showed a waitlist instead of open sales in September 2026.
The registration form lists no license, insurance or portfolio requirements. Oregon does: tattooing requires a state license. The Health Licensing Office issues a visiting artist a temporary license for up to 30 consecutive calendar days, applied for at least 20 days before work starts and valid only in a licensed facility.
Rooms at the resort are booked on the venue site with code 8911 from the 2023 edition. Admission in 2026 is $15 per day. Few artists take walk-ins; most work by appointment booked through their own social media.
Notable: Draws former Ink Master contender Mat Valles and other award-winning artists despite its small-town setting.
