The Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention is the founding event of Villain Arts, first held in 1999 and now in its 28th edition. Held each January at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City, it draws hundreds of tattoo artists from across the country and around the world alongside thousands of attendees over three days.
The convention pairs live tattooing, walk-ins, and consultations with daily tattoo contests and a full slate of stage entertainment.
