Organized by Chris Allen Taylor of Ink Therapy along with Trina Sanders Sowers, the Indy Tattoo Expo runs each June at the Hendricks County 4-H Fairgrounds & Conference Complex in Danville, just west of Indianapolis. The 2026 edition is June 5-7.
