Event details

About

The Saskatoon Tattoo Expo is Saskatchewan's main tattoo convention, a three-day April show at Prairieland Park on Ruth Street West. It has been running since roughly 2007, and the coming edition is billed by the organizer as its twentieth anniversary. The 2026 roster carried 80 or more studios and artists, with live tattooing, competitions and vendors across the weekend.

For a working artist it is the only show of this scale in the province, which means the Saskatoon and wider Saskatchewan client base arrives without a competing event pulling them elsewhere. Admission stays low at $25 a day or $35 for the weekend pass, with children 12 and under entering at no charge. The organizer's name is not published on the official site, so correspondence goes through the site's own channels.

What to expect

Best for

Artists covering Saskatchewan and the Prairies who want the province's only convention at this scale.

Notable: Approaching a twentieth anniversary edition, making it one of the longest-running conventions on the Prairies.
