About

The Seaside Tattoo Show is a three-day, all-ages tattoo and body-art event held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, just across the street from Surfer's Point Beach in downtown Ventura. Now in its eighth year, the show brings together more than 100 licensed and professional tattoo artists and piercers from across the country, alongside 40-plus vendors, live painting, and a kids' arts zone that makes it genuinely family-friendly.

Competition is a nightly fixture, with more than 20 tattoo contests each evening spanning categories such as Best Traditional, Best Black and Grey, Best Portrait, and Most Unusual. Burlesque performances close out each night, giving the Central Coast event a festival atmosphere wrapped around its serious tattooing.
