The Tacoma Tattoo Expo is a Washington State tattoo convention produced by Youwen Productions. Its first annual edition took place January 31 to February 1, 2026, at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, bringing together hundreds of tattoo artists from around the country alongside vendors and live performers. The event is all-ages and pairs working tattoo booths with a festival-style atmosphere featuring belly dancers, aerialists, and roaming circus acts.
The expo runs juried tattoo competitions, with winners receiving custom handmade tattoo machines built by Adam Ciferri. After debuting downtown, the event is scheduled to return March 12 to 14, 2027, relocating to the larger Tacoma Dome.
